Terms of Service

Effective and last updated: August 16, 2026

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and LeetSys.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LeetSys websites, applications, content, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). "LeetSys," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Rohan Bajpai, the operator of the Service. Our mailing address is 816 Hampshire St, Apt D, San Francisco, CA 94110, United States.

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it, and "you" includes that organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and they may not use it.

3. The Service and AI Features

LeetSys provides system design lessons, practice prompts, whiteboarding, voice and chat sessions, quizzes, AI-assisted feedback, performance summaries, and related educational features. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, subject to any rights that applicable law gives you.

AI output is generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable. Review output independently before relying on it. The Service is an educational practice aid, not a human interviewer, recruiter, accredited educational institution, or source of professional advice, and it does not guarantee employment, interview performance, promotion, or any other outcome.

4. Accounts and Security

  • Provide accurate information and keep it current.
  • Keep your credentials confidential and do not share, sell, or transfer your account.
  • Notify us promptly at leetsys02@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
  • You are responsible for activity through your account except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms or applicable law.

5. License to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms, LeetSys grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your own lawful educational and interview-preparation purposes. No rights are granted except as expressly stated here.

6. Your Content

"Your Content" includes prompts, messages, voice transcripts, whiteboard designs, notes, solution articles, feedback, and other material you submit or create through the Service. You retain your ownership rights in Your Content.

You grant LeetSys a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit, display, and otherwise process Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service, provide features you request, and comply with law. This license lasts while Your Content is stored by us and for a reasonable period in backups, legal records, and content you elected to publish or share, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You represent that you have the rights needed to provide Your Content and that it does not violate law or another person's rights. Do not submit confidential employer information, trade secrets, production credentials, regulated data, or personal information about others unless you are authorized to do so. Shared or published solution articles may be visible to anyone with access to the relevant page or link.

7. Feedback

If you send ideas or feedback about LeetSys, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or compensation, but we do not acquire ownership of personal information contained in that feedback.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not, and may not help anyone else to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to violate another person's rights.
  • Upload malware, harmful code, illegal content, or content that is abusive, deceptive, or infringing.
  • Access another account, bypass security or usage limits, probe vulnerabilities, or interfere with the Service.
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to access the Service except as expressly authorized by us.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, frame, resell, or create a competing service from the Service except where applicable law forbids this restriction.
  • Use Service content or output to train or improve a competing model, product, or service without our written permission.
  • Misrepresent AI-generated work as human work where doing so would be deceptive or violate a school, employer, interview, or platform rule.
  • Use the Service in a live interview or assessment where outside assistance is prohibited.
  • Submit personal information about children under 13 or highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for interview practice.

9. Paid Plans, Billing, and Automatic Renewal

Prices, included features, renewal frequency, and any taxes are disclosed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe or another identified payment provider; their terms may also apply. You authorize us and our payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for amounts shown at checkout.

A monthly subscription automatically renews each month at the then-disclosed monthly price plus applicable taxes until you cancel. You may cancel online at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals and, under the current plan design, premium access ends immediately when cancellation is confirmed.

Except where law requires otherwise, charges are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated credits for a partially used billing period. This does not limit any mandatory cancellation or refund right. If we change a recurring price or a material subscription term, we will provide advance notice as required by law. You are responsible for keeping billing information current.

Consumers in the EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction may have a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right. If you ask us to begin a paid digital service during that period, you may be responsible for a proportionate amount already supplied and, where law permits, may lose the withdrawal right after the service is fully performed. Contact us to exercise a mandatory right.

10. Free Access, Credits, and Promotions

Free sessions, credits, passes, promotional access, and similar benefits may have stated limits or expiration dates, have no cash value, and may not be transferred or resold. We may modify or withdraw them prospectively, but we will honor non-waivable consumer rights and paid entitlements already earned.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service relies on third parties for AI processing, authentication, payments, hosting, databases, email, and other functions, and may link to third-party sites. We do not control third-party services or their independent terms and privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its terms, and LeetSys is not responsible for it except where applicable law provides otherwise.

12. LeetSys Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, visual design, LeetSys-created content, problem library, branding, and compilation of materials, is owned by LeetSys or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our names, logos, or marks. References to third-party companies or interview styles are descriptive only and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

13. Copyright Complaints

If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, email a notice to leetsys02@gmail.com that identifies the copyrighted work and material, provides its location, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove content and terminate repeat infringers. Knowingly submitting a false notice may create liability.

14. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion using the contact details below; cancel a paid subscription first to ensure future billing stops.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a Terms violation, security or legal risk, nonpayment, harm to users or the Service, or discontinuation of the Service. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal or export Your Content. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms.

15. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, third-party failures, and changes may affect availability. You should keep copies of content you cannot afford to lose. Nothing in this section limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all output are provided "as is" and "as available." LeetSys disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and quiet enjoyment. We do not warrant that output is correct or that use of the Service will produce any particular result.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeetSys and its owners, affiliates, personnel, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, opportunities, or business interruption, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms, even if advised that such damages are possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, their total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid to LeetSys during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These exclusions and limits do not apply where prohibited, including to liability that cannot be limited for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or violation of mandatory consumer rights.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LeetSys and its affiliates and personnel from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from Your Content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your material breach of these Terms. This section does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct, negligence, or breach.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

Before filing a claim, you and LeetSys agree to make a good-faith effort for 30 days to resolve the dispute informally by emailing a written description and requested resolution to leetsys02@gmail.com. Either party may still seek urgent injunctive relief or bring an eligible claim in small-claims court.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts with lawful jurisdiction over the operator and the dispute will be the forum for proceedings. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or courts available under the law where you live. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

There is no mandatory arbitration clause or class-action waiver in these Terms.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively. We will post the updated version and change the date above. If a change materially reduces your rights or increases your obligations, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the Service or by email where required. Changes take effect on the stated effective date; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance, except where law requires another form of consent.

21. General Terms

These Terms and documents expressly incorporated into them are the entire agreement about the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only as much as needed and the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control. Headings are for convenience only, and electronic communications and signatures may be used to the extent permitted by law.
